I don’t want to risk becoming bored, thought God to God’sSelf one day,

(though, truth be told, such a thing as time divided into days didn’t exist, not yet)

So I just believe I’ll invent a little diversion. Then I’ll turn it loose, and see what happens.

And so God did. God invented a little experiment. And God turned it loose.

Then God watched, to see how the experiment would turn out.

The experiment emerged, and unfolded as two parts.

 

THE FIRST PART

God separated out from Godself a great lump of GodEnergy that was Of-God,

(though far less than God’s-Full-Self, because God is what might be thought of as infinite)

And God crammed that lump down, down—down into a dot of infinitely small size, “a singularity,”

And then goosed it. Ka-whammo. That lump of energy exploded right on through the dot,

Out the other side it came, a colossal explosion of energy, the BIGGEST of all eternity.

A non-believing wag derisively called it BIG BANG. And the label stuck.

 

God’s experimental bang of GodSelfEnergy emerged as a superhot roiling ball of fire.

There now, that’s good, said God; and God infused several conditions into that GodEnergy:

Go forth, spread out, and evolve!, God told GodEnergy, Then come home to enrich and make me More.

So thus did BigBangGodEnergy evolve itself, causing endless expanding effects by random chance:

Twice forward once back, then sideways too, emerging things—more than sum of their parts,

Self organizing as it went, its complexity rising all the while—slowly, but ever rising.

 

GodEnergy evolving randomly, self organizing, emerging, complexifying, net rising,

All veiled off, apart from God, in great sequential phases enabled by a new illusion called time.

Phase one: evolve universe—bang plasma to particles to atoms to gas nebulae to great galaxy clusters

To condensing stars with planets and other detritus, into… Phase two: emerge life from non-life

Driven to survive and reproduce itself, diversifying into endless forms most beautiful,

Plants and animals by genus species family order class phylum kingdom domain.

 

THE OTHER PART

Meanwhile, God sent smaller bits of Godself Energy, the stuff of God

Manifest as sparks, sparks of God, of Spirit, of Consciousness, of Souls…Minds,

To find their way—to inhabit newborn bodies as the bodies emerge, compelled by evolution

To find their way—with freedom of will, to choose, between this and that, free will

That confronts every moment of every day of a lifetime requested, and granted,

Acting through a radio brain, pursuant to God’s interesting little experiment.

 

Phase three: emerge consciousness, knowing, understanding, culture, H sapiens first.

H sapiens driven to reach Phase four spiritual evolution: Which values are the right values?

Individualism—Me. Competition—Me First. Wealth—Mine. Power—My country right or wrong.

Community—Us. Cooperation—Sharing. Commonwealth—Ours. Democracy—Vote.

Through it all: rise, grow in spirit, help others, attain knowledge—understanding—

And wisdom—while you rise—rise—ever rising…until at long last

 

Bodies grow old, old bodies expire, their atoms return to original creation

Precisely according to the algorithm, the Godly Algorithm God created so long ago,

And mind-consciousness-spirit-souls, risen in whatever measure, return to their Source

The Source that is God, who birthed them as consciousness-soul-sparks so long ago

And they remain or return, according to their free will choice, until

They are utterly risen, when at long last they re-merge with God

 

And, with each and every return, God becomes more.
